Delete your account
You can request deletion of your CrochetAI account at any time, directly from the app or by emailing our support team. Account deletion is generally irreversible.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app
- 1Open CrochetAI on your iPhone or iPad.
- 2Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- 3Open Settings, then tap Account.
- 4Tap Delete Account and confirm.
After confirmation, your account, patterns, refinement history, and personal data will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period.
Option 2: Email us
If you can't access the app, send us an email from the address associated with your account.

- Your account and authentication identifiers
- Your saved patterns, prompts, refinement history, and feedback
- Your profile information and preferences
- Your support communications, where not required for legal recordkeeping
What we keep
We may retain limited records where required or permitted by law for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, audit, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Retained records are minimised and stored separately from your active account.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. To cancel a subscription, open Settings on your device, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions.
